The moment a piece of mail arrives, our staff scans the front of the envelope and uploads it to your secure portal. You will receive an instant notification on your smartphone or via email. From there, you just tap a button to tell us what to do:

• Open & Scan: We scan the contents as a PDF for you to read immediately.

• Forward: We ship the item to wherever you are in the world.

• Recycle/Shred: We securely dispose of junk mail or sensitive documents.
